Fixed centre wheels do not have rim bolts and tend to be low-maintenance. They offer greater strength than a wheel with an adjustable centre disc.
Fixed centre wheels are available in two designs: formed disc or flat plate. However, the choice of weld-in centre disc type depends on the track setting required and the size of wheel.
Once the correct disc is selected and machined it is fully welded into the rim on a rotary table.
The shape of the formed centre disc adds strength and helps distribute the stresses created during high speed use and off-road work. Formed discs are also more aesthetically pleasing and the stronger of the two disc types (size for size).
Flat plate discs are commonly used on smaller wheels but where a specific offset needs to be achieved can be used on any wheel.

FIXED CENTRE ROW CROP WHEELS
For use where track width will not vary.
RIMS
Up to 8mm thick conforming to European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation (ETRTO) standards, built to your requirements.
HIGH SPEED WHEELS
Fixed centre wheels are recommended for high speed road use with heavy loads. Tyre manufacturer speed ratings should always be adhered to.
Excess speed is potentially dangerous and may cause wheel or tyre failure.
Formed disc wheels are more aesthetically pleasing and generally stronger than flat plate discs at the same thickness. They usually use a 12-18mm thick disc, fully machine welded into the rim. Discs with different form depths are used to achieve the required offset and therefore track setting.
FORMED DISC WHEELS
Manufactured from up to 18mm thick steel, welded to the rim on a rotary table. Centre bores, stud holes and nut seats are precision machined to ensure a perfect fit to the tractor hub.
FLAT PLATE WHEELS
Flat plate discs are used in place of a formed disc to achive a specific track setting or for ultra heavy applications up to 50mm thick. Depending on the application, plate thickness will normally be 12, 15, 20 or 25mm, fully machine welded on both sides into the rim.
VALVE GUARDS
On forestry and other specific wheels, Stocks can fit a variety of valve guards for optimum valve protection.
PAINT
All wheels are colour matched if requested and any paint type can be specified.
